You can not imagine how negative thoughts can influence our health

Nowdays we need to work hard and take care of our families, so a lot of us are subhealthy( 亚健康). Most of us know that we need to eat right, suitable exercise, and sound sleep in order to stay healthy, but one thing which we are not aware of is POSITIVE THOUGHTS. We need to think positively to feel good and to keep healthy, so negative thoughts can make us sick.
One exercise we can do is to practise GRATITUDE. We start our day with thinking of what we have, for examples, a happy family, good weather, a friend, health, etc.
What if negative thoughts come back again? We control ourselves by replacing negative thoughts with positive ones.
Start to do it today, and feel good already today!
